| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. 1: Browse or search our store, 2: Use the "Add To Cart" Button to add any items to your shopping cart. 3: Click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit or debit card payment via secure encryption, your details are sent to our merchant company and we never see nor store you card details. If you are an international buyer, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept all credit debit cards except Amex., and we now accept Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. We store and handle your payment detail securely in accordance with all banking regulations. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. | Delivery Schedule We get your order together right away and we strive to despatch your order to you the same day, but we must allow upto 14 working days for delivery. Free local deliverys will be delivered to you by our installers and will need to be signed for. Please contact us for time sensitive deliveries so we can work with you to guarantee a delivery date. |

| Returns Policy Please contact us as soon as an issue is found with your purchase and we can quickly assist to recieve the item back and we can be ready refund or replace as soon as the item arrives. If the item is faulty or wrongly shipped due to an error on our part we will refund or replace at your choice and we allways refund you your return postage costs. If you have wrongly purchased or have changed you mind then please return the item in the same condition it was recieved and we can refund you the item cost minus any postage and packing charges.
